The region will embrace incident management principles and practices to include On-Scene Incident Management, NIMS compliance, Incident Management Teams (IMTs) development and Multi-Agency Coordination. The region supports regional authorities having jurisdiction in their utilization of mission-specific safety officers to meet the needs of all areas of incident response.
